Your network is only as strong as what you remember

Taarly

/Overview

Monorepo with TypeScript Express API, Next.js web app and Expo mobile app sharing one Postgres backend (Prisma 7). Contacts vault with tags/strength/timeline, local-first card capture (edge scan + ML OCR + duplicate dedup + offline queue), meetings with rule-based memory, follow-up queue (today/overdue/upcoming + durable reminders), Google-Calendar-style month view, identity card with QR handoff at /u/<username>, six website-builder templates, native booking (Stripe/Razorpay hold-until-webhook), Google/Outlook/Apple calendar imports + Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive/Zoho sync, signed webhooks, ClamAV-gated uploads. Built for web (httpOnly cookie) and mobile (Bearer) from day one.

We partnered with the team to scope the smallest meaningful slice, then iterated weekly with demos to keep stakeholders close to the work. The architecture prioritises observability and a calm on-call experience over premature flexibility.

Today the system serves real users in production, with a deploy cadence that lets the team ship safely without ceremony.
