Aggregates MCA, GST, DGFT, GeM, trademarks, tenders and startup data into rich, SEO-friendly, AI-enhanced company and director profiles. Lexora Next.js frontend + CII FastAPI/Postgres/Meilisearch backend, with 11 live dossier providers, per-field provenance, bulk ingest for ~30 lakh companies, relationship graphs and sharded sitemaps. Live at zuba.ill.rent (Cloudflare tunnel → nginx). 80 synthetic records live now; national licensed load pending.

We partnered with the team to scope the smallest meaningful slice, then iterated weekly with demos to keep stakeholders close to the work. The architecture prioritises observability and a calm on-call experience over premature flexibility.

Today the system serves real users in production, with a deploy cadence that lets the team ship safely without ceremony.
